Own a financial services business — with a mentor beside you
No finance degree, no book of clients, no capital required to start. Just a willingness to get licensed, get trained, and put in the work.
How partners at Dass Financials earn
Agents are independent contractors licensed to sell life, health, and annuity products underwritten by our carrier partners. Compensation is primarily commission-based on issued policies, with renewal commissions on policies that stay active, and override compensation for agents who build and lead a team.
This is a commission-driven business, not a salaried role — new agents typically supplement income while building a client base in the first 6–12 months. We're upfront about that timeline because agents who plan for it succeed at higher rates than agents who don't.

What people ask before joining
You need a state life & health insurance license to sell products, but you don't need one to apply or begin the process — we guide you through licensing as the first step.
Primarily commission on issued policies, plus renewal commissions and, at senior tiers, override compensation on a team's production. Full detail is in the independent contractor agreement — see the compensation disclosure above.
Most agents complete licensing and onboarding within 4–8 weeks, then write their first policies alongside a mentor. Timelines vary by state licensing requirements and individual pace.
Both exist within our agent base. As an independent contractor, you set your schedule — though consistent activity is what drives production in any commission-based role.
You're responsible for state licensing fees and any pre-licensing course costs, which vary by state. Dass Financials does not charge recruitment or onboarding fees.
