Dass Financials started with a small group of independent agents who were frustrated watching families get sold policies that didn't fit their actual lives — and watching new agents get recruited with promises nobody backed up. We built the company we wished existed on both sides of that table.
Today, we're a licensed insurance and financial strategy firm with agents across the country, carrier partnerships with A-rated insurers, and a training system built around mentorship rather than cold-call scripts.
